The smuts have gained popularity in recent times, mainly because they can replace the meal and supply our bodies with the necessary nutrients. Of course, it all depends on the ingredients we stir. Smuti can be a real calorific bomb in so far as the bulk of the ingredients are fruit, which also puts extra strain on us with sugars. Therefore, it is preferable to prepare smuts with vegetables or vegetables mixed with fruit, so that the juice taste is more pleasant. How to start preparing a delicious and healthy green smut and which are the reasons to prepare our green meal in liquid form every day, let's take a look at the following records.

Preparation and ingredients for green smuti

1. Preparation

We can make green smuti for a nicer day in the morning or during the day. But we can get it ready for the next day. Pour the prepared smoothie into a clean bottle and put it in a cooler. And voila, healthy and tasty we have ready. We use the usual mixers ( blenders) to prepare themixer,which are stronger, so we can also use frozen fruit or vegetables. However, we should be careful that blenders are made of quality materials that do not contain Bisphenol-A, which can be licatelocated into food, especially at higher thermoperaturas.

2. Ingredients

We usually use ingredients such as carrots, orange, spinach and apples to prepare smoothies. As we mentioned in the introduction, care should be taken not to burden the body with sugars with smootia, so it is better to include more vegetables. It is recommended that the ratio of vegetables and fruit (60:40). If we do not have fresh vegetables at hand, it can be replaced with various additives that can be added in the form of powder (e.g. spirulina, barley grass, pirina grass, ...), which are also a quality substitute. For greater nutritional value, we can also add nuts and seeds or even dried fruit. In short, as far as the ingredients we add to the smut, the selection depends on the time of year, on what we love, but we must not forget that it is necessary to pay attention to calories and too much sugar intake. We would also like to draw attention to the important choice of quality fruit and vegetables and other foods we are adding. It is recommended to have organic origin, organic production and preferably from the local environment.

How do we make green smuti?

Since we can be very creative in the preparation of smutia, instead of fresh ingredients, we can also use frozen hemp juice. This is especially recommended in the months when there is less quality vegetables on the market. Frozen hemp juice can be prepared very quickly by taking the cube of frozen juice into a glass with water and shaking. And green smuta full of vitamins, minerals and beneficial enzymes is ready. If we do not like the taste, we can also enrich it with various additives:

  • use 1 – 2 cubes of frozen hemp juice
  • common water, mineral water or juice
  • If desired, you can add fruit e.g. banana, a piece of apple or citrus (lemon or orange) or vegetables e.g. avocados.
  • interesting taste is obtained by the addition of hemp seeds and hemp powder
  • take a small jar to invest, put 1 – 2 cubes of freshly frozen hemp juice in it, add the liquid and shake. We drink freshly prepared juice. Here's to you.

Hint: You get a very tasty blender if you also add hemp milk to your smuti.

  • 1 apple
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds (paddy)
  • Hemp milk or water
  • Cinnamon

Grind all ingredients except cinnamon in an electric mixer. Finally, sprinkle with cinnamon.

Here's a tip: Leave your imagination free and play with different types of fruits, spices and vegetables. 2 dcl of cannabis mixed seeds replaces 1 daily meal.


  • add any fruit instead of an apple or banana. It can be further sweetened with honey or agaved or maple syrup.
  • mix fresh kale leaves, 1 banana and a tablespoon of hemp seeds.
  • Mix the apple, grated carrot and a tablespoon of hemp seeds, you can also add some parsley leaves.

Reasons why you should drink green smuti every day

  • Green smuts contain many vitamins, minerals, chlorophylate and enzymes, which of course depends on the fruit and vegetables we use. With their consumption we also provide hydration of the body, as we usually add water to them as an additional liquid.
  • In addition to vitamins, green smuts also contain fiber, which are found in fruit and vegetables . In addition, it is a great way to also eat vegetables, which we do not normally like, as we can cover up with the appropriate combination of certain flavours. Therefore, they are also suitable for children who also eat vegetables that they would not otherwise eat.
  • Green smuts have fewer calories than exclusively fruit smuts or fruit juices, after which we have a sense of satiety and do not interfere with illicit snacks.


Smutiji and especially green smuti are a very suitable meal that can be included in our everyday menu. However, they cannot replace the full normal meals, as it is essential that our food is as varied and varied as possible.
