First shower is done without the water, with the warmth of water. Because of the heat, the pores in the skin open. In this way, the body can absorb even more unsaturated fats. The second shower is said with very mild soap. There's at least 20 minutes of rest.
There is also a possibility of use in the ant. After lyting 50-70 ml of EDO 37 oil with a larger syringe, inject into the rectum. Because it is important to keep it in the gut, the amount may also be smaller.
